Step 1: Locate the Weather Mate’s Icon

Open Weather Mate by locating its icon on your iOS apps screen to be directed to the home screen.

Step 2: Access Weather Maps

Tap on the maps tab in the top left corner of the home screen to get access to the Weather Maps.

Step 3: Check Weather Stations Overlays from Map Layer Settings

Tap on the Map Layer Settings tab and choose the Weather Stations overlays from there.

Step 4: Access the Weather Stations Map Settings

Tap on the arrowhead opposite to the Weather Stations layer option to enter the Weather Stations Map Settings.

Step 5:Select the Temperature Map Style

Select the Temperature Map Style which shows temperature from -60 degree Fahrenheit to 120 degree Fahrenheit.

Step 6:Select the Wind Speed/Wind Gusts and Direction Map Style

The number at the top in the colored bubble shows wind speed whereas that at the bottom shows wind gusts.

Step 7:Select the Precipitation Map Style

It shows the Level of precipitation whether there is no precipitation, is its less than 1 inch or more than 1 inch.

Step 8:Select the Dew Point and Humidity Map Style

The higher the dew point temperature, the higher the humidity. The upper number in the small bubble represents dew point while lower one shows percentage humidity.

Step 9:Select the Heat Index and Pressure Map Style

Heat index is the measure of how hot weather feels to the body. The number at the top in the colored rectangle shows heat index and atmospheric pressure is represented by the one at the bottom.
